The Agricultural Advisory Committee is comprised of representatives of the various agricultural sectors, the community at large and one member of Council. The committee is working on an Agricultural Plan for the community and also reviews Agricultural Land Reserve (ALR) applications, Official Community Plan and Zoning Bylaw amendments where the land is in the ALR or within 100 meters of the ALR Boundary, and other issues related to agricultural issues referred to the committee by Council.
